I won't translate this entry because its so moving and full of Gackt's emotions
(and I don't think I can capture and help bring out those emotions in my translation Y_Y)
so I'll just do a simple summary of sorts. I did however, translate the ending portion :_)

O_o I had no idea he would ever do that, he's so considerate...

and didn't stop at all for the entire duration.
Maybe it's arranged beforehand ? Like some fans handed out small flyer or stuff to ask all audience to clap hands during the ending credit ? In Gunma, there were fans who handed out white *cheerleader pompom* to all audience, but unfortunately it wasn't mentioned when to use, so there's no coordination amongst audience. I hope next time there will be glowing sticks used by audience, just like Six Days Seven Night's Saikai Story.
