Yay? I survived not only the meal (yay for brussels sprouts, even if I had to make another batch myself cuz they didn't make enough *sulks*) but calling the 'rents. I did get to talk to my grandmother for the first time in years, and to talk to my cousin as well

Oh my God. I am so stuffed I am about to pop. I've eaten so much you can actually see my belly all swollen out. *face palms* I've had *THREE* pieces of lemon meringue pie, a whole box of Thornton chocolates, scones, Christmas cake, not to mention the big ham dinner I cooked (UM....well, it was already cooked courtest of Harrods - I just had to heat it up basically *face palms*)....God, I am a pig!

I'm so glad you got to talk to your parents, cousin, and grandmother.

It sounds like you got some lovely presents, and I hope your day has been stress free as much as it can be with the inlaws around.

Hehehehe, I'm glad everything went well for you dinner-wise. Ours was ok too but I don't think it agreed with me. I only had one helping of everything (small, at that) except the brussels sprouts. *sheepish* I pigged out on those hardcore. *chuckles* I can't help it tho. As I whined to MIL, I only get to eat them once a year so I gotta make the most of it. Her reply was: we'll leave the sprouts in the freezer for you then so you can make them whenever you want. Yaaaaaaay. Tho hubby just now phoned and asked if I wanted anything to eat. *facepalms* I had to tell him no, I'm not feeling well already from the dinner... (and I'm not - I think goose disagrees with me just as much as any other meat does.... *sad*)

Those pix are LOVE tho, you have to agree. Heheheheh and perving out over luscious boys at Christmas is love too. *grins*
