Kewl. I've heard people say that color hurts more to get done than black ink. This my friend is untrue. It all feels exactly the same. It's always gonna be a needle digging into your skin no matter what color is coming from it. Plus when they color it in, they use more needles. More needles = less pain. If you didnt know in a tattoo gun there's more than 1 needle poking into your skin each time. When they do the outline they use less needles. So it hurts alot more. So when they color it they'll use more. So it wont hurt as much. Good luck.
