Why is it that everytime I end up getting mad, it sticks to me no matter what? Even though it was just a temporary thing, it won't go away. Everytime I see that person's face, anger rushes back to me, and I just want to smack myself silly. I feel really bad, and yet, I can't get over it. What should I do?
