Northern California's reputation for bored cops is well-known. I've been fairly warned by alot of people who tint their car windows that it's pretty strict up here in San Francisco. So I was prepared to say hi to a couple of officers on my trip up here. So here's the first one this morning. I was going through an intersection this morning
