Very geek friendly household, nice condo with a pool in the complex and laundry in the house.

The room will be available after July 7th.

We're close to the JC, 101 and Coddingtown.

I know a couple who are in need of housing, but somehow I doubt this would be an appropriate setup for either you OR them. =P

We don't want to put two people in that room anyway. It's the room that J and I have currently, and it is not big enough for two. It is a great size for one person, even with a queen size bed, desk, dresser and bookcases though.
