I've been falling behind on my classics, so this week when I went to the Mid-Manhattan library and realized that the new Zoë Heller book had over two hundred holds on it, I decided to do a little catching up.

so, I read "Sarah Orne Jewett never married herself" and I was like... wait, you can marry yourself? It took a few minutes. *stoopid me*

And, yes! I read all of the Anne of Green Gables series... multiple times (but not the last several books. Blech, although Rilla wasn't SO bad. I was very sad when my favorite of the brothers died)

I enjoyed them right up until she got married, but... I was in 4th grade. I think I read the first three (?) books about (!!!) fifteen times each. So much that my teacher took them away from me. *cries*

MORE IMPORTANTLY: I am so excited that we're playing your piece in Wind Symphony!!!!! (-:
