Cross-posted to On One HandI used to reflexively put all my friends' application items on "hide" when they showed up on my Facebook news feed. That included annoying, meaningless notifications like "Christina could use some help fertilizing her crops!" or "Dan found a baby calf on his FarmVille, will you give it a home

I played for awhile...got to level 22 or something. Then I just got bored and started to leave my crops too long so they died. And my mom got into it and suddenly it wasn't so cool anymore...

embarrassed to say i'm on level 31 right now and have expanded my farm as big as it gets. can't seem to quit. i plant longer-term crops if I know I'll be busy in the next few days.
