I cannot believe how friggin dumb this woman is. At first it was amusing, but now I'm thoroughly annoyed. A few days ago I got an email like this:

You should definitely change her password! She totally deserves it. About her account... the only thing I can remotely think of is that maybe she uses MSN as her provider and got an MSN email address and doesn't really know or appreciate the difference between msn.net and microsoft.com? Anyway, you should totally explain it to her :)

Yeah, I was thinking the MSN thing myself, it's the only logical explanation I could come up with.

Humans is stoopid.

She probably doesn't understand the concept of e-mail verification, and continues to fail it miserably. Either that or it is a signup bot, trying to sign up tons of accounts to spam Bebo users. Can you use Bebo at all between signup and e-mail verification?

Yeah, it seems you can use Bebo without verification. After she signs up she adds a couple contacts. Every time I've cancelled her membership she signs back up and adds the same contacts. It's not just Bebo either, I get signup confirmations for all kinds of websites, usually in Ireland or the UK. My favorite is schoolfriends.ie, I get copies of her emails from that website :)
