I got fired from work today.

I feel indifferent. I feel as though I'm more and more desensitized to things every day I'm alive. Pushed for an answer, I'd say I care most about my parents and sister, and probably singing too. And little else. What's wrong with me? I just feel like an alien all the time, totally not part of things and like a complete

i'm sorry you got fired mr patrick. i think you should go tomorrow to the middle of nowhere and just sit all day/listen to music/read, it's such nice cold dry winter weather, it's just asking for you to wrap up warm and sit in a field.
i think i saw you yesterday when i was with beth in town and i was going to come and say hi but i'd just had my eyes poked for a while and i couldn't really see. what a good story.

Meh. They said I wasn't dedicated enough and I was too shy with customers. They have really really high standards... I did my best so I'm not gonna beat myself up about it. It's all about self-employment anyway I reckon :o) xx
