I took Zimmervane 12 years ago and I had such a bad reaction - panic all day long, memory loss, depression - and the doctor's denied it was due to the sleeping pill. As a result I continued to take the tablet and was seriously "ill" (read poisoned) for 2 years. It crippled my life. It has taken at least a decade to recover. From time to time I have keyed the drugs name into the internet to see if anyone has had a similar reaction and this is how I found your comment. Hope you are no longer taking the drug. Be well!

Hi lindy i recognise all these symptoms you talk about, i was put on them as i was having panic attacks and couldnt sleep. I was only on them for 6 weeks but i couldnt leave the house they made me feel drowsy even the day after taking em i felt like a zombie, i eventually halved them and came off them. Im sorry to hear of your problem and like you i have keyed in zimmervane many times in search engines, but i didnt find anything really about it. I hope you are feeling better now Xxxxxxx
