Seriously: I used to say socks were the one thing I couldn't see myself knitting. Until I did, and found out how freakin' much fun they are. Not to mention the Best Thing Ever to wear on your feet...
Ah, crap. I was hoping that would turn out to be a temporary thing that would resolve with rest.
You could, of course, send foot measurements (toe-to-heel, circumference around the ball of your foot, circumference around your anklebone) to some random sock knitter you know and see what happens ... (-:
Those are gorgeous! Enjoy their springiness! (I am in Portland, and yearning for the cold and hail is to be over, although the daffodils and hyacinths help...) They look lovely in that yarn, too.
I love, love that pattern. Mine are lavender. They're still some of the best socks I've knitted. Cookie designs lots of pretty things.
Pretty socks! As soon as I finish half a sleeve and half a sock, I'm going to make a pair in some pink-ish/buff yarn - not my usual colors, but nice for spring, I think.
And the scarf is gorgeous- I can't wait to see the finished project. I love purple and green together.
I love Hedera. Just started a pair for myself, finally.
that seasilk is gorgeous, I'd love to get some but I'm really not a lace knitter. (or apparently anything but a sock knitter, but that's another story altogether.)
Hi, my name is Bobbie Wallace. I'm going to be demonstrating spinning at State Fair at the same times you are demonstrating knitting. So I came on over here from the Artisan's Village website to check out your blog. My blog is www.tiggywinkleknits.blogspot.com.

Is there a list somewhere of who's demonstrating when? I should check it and see if there's anyone I know!
