So, the hubby took me to see Wolverine tonight.
I've never been a huge fan of Wolverine, but it is always enjoyable when the Hubby starts saying "I vant to feed joor feengerteeps to ze Vulverines."
My main gripe is that I don't think that the people who made this movie entirely understood what was supposed to be going on with some of the mutant's powers. Emma doesn't turn into small, perfectly cut diamonds. Also? She's supposed to be British. And wearing less clothes. And be EVOL.
So. Wolverine & Sabertooth are brothers. Brother's look out for each other. The intarnet is so going to slash them to pieces.

Although, I do have to say that they did Gambit's powers well and they didn't overdo his accent.

I don't get the whole thing with Wolvie & Sabertooth. Although, if they do more w/ Sabertooth they should have Birdie in it. Because we always need more scantily clad women. *laughs* Anywho... Wolvie hates Sabertooth for killing Wolvie's woman. Woman not killed by Sabertooth. Wolvie still hates Sabertooth. Huh?
I guess that they were having Gambit be on the Island with Stryker as a way for the movies to skip all the Mr. Sinister stuff? And if that's the case? Gods bless 'em for it. Because I wish that shit had not been in the comics.
Comic continuity in the movie? Ha ha ha! It is to laugh! I suppose overall I'm more amused by all of this and I am looking forward to all the rough sex that will be written because of this movie. Because seriously, those two boys can take some DAMAGE. I'm such a perv.

[eta] I totally forgot... I kept saying through the movie 'Jimmy is an ANGEL of the LORD' because Sabertooth kept calling Wolvie Jimmy.
