Problems with networking in windows vista?

Well this is just an excuse to post a video, on which I think reminds me of Cho Aniki meets Para Para Paradise... but apparently if you play a video, you get a 10% performance increase in your network. If you play Music, you get degraded up to 50% performance! It's not CPU related but currently theorized to be because of the way vista handles DRM
