And might I comment on the day after St. Patrick's Day about pan-Celtic bonhomie? I heard an NPR report on the NYC parade yesterday, which featured a bagpipe band in the background. And as if that wasn't enough, the tune the band was playing was "Scotland the Brave."

Also, I'll just pass along that I was sitting with Dad this morning, drinking a cup of coffee, and he was relaying to me stories of the St. Patrick's Day celebrations at Rolla. He said that when he was in college, St. Patrick's Day was the big deal on campus, bigger than any other Spring event.
