The ingredients look awesome. Was this a stir-fry?

It's moister than a stir-fry, and cooked lower and slower, but general principle of stirring a bunch of stuff around in a wok applies. Texture is soft and stew-like. Utilizes my classic technique of cutting up each thing while the last one cooks down, generally forgetting to stir as often as I'd hoped.
