We made a huge batch of awesome last night, I wanted to hold this ingredient list (ordered by inclusion; each ingredient had some time to cook down before the next was added, except sauces&seasonings which all went in together) somewhere so I can recreate

The ingredients look awesome. Was this a stir-fry?

It's moister than a stir-fry, and cooked lower and slower, but general principle of stirring a bunch of stuff around in a wok applies. Texture is soft and stew-like. Utilizes my classic technique of cutting up each thing while the last one cooks down, generally forgetting to stir as often as I'd hoped.
