Today is when we officially start the six-week programming for the Weslaco Summer Reading Program. All the celebrations, set-up, and free book giving was merely for registering. Today the real work begins: keeping the attention and educating babies to 10 year-olds. That’s not even counting the teens, who require entirely different interaction
