People just get so upset when the person doesn't listen to a request. He pressed a lot of buttons and people were getting more and more aggravated. It escalated quickly. I am glad it is all over with. Don't like seeing the community like that :/

Yeah, I noticed. I kind of felt bad because I feel like the guy was a troll (since I hang around with a lot of seasoned ones) and people were getting kind of upset. I don't like seeing someone rile up the community like this (especially since I see it as sort of a utopia on the otherwise-vicious internet) ._.

I just don't understand it..
When I was knee deep in the community, my experiences played out like the Cheers theme song. Everybody knew my name, happy I came, and gave me an all around warm fuzzy feeling that encouraged me to open up and share. That's a huge accomplishment for such a large community. The mods who keep it all in check don't get enough hugs for all they do.
I just can't wrap my mind around why some individuals want to come around and attempt to ruin everybody's good times.. It looked like he tried to claim that he was merely debating but I don't see it. He started out with a biased opinion and it appeared to be in an effort to bait folks into an argument, not a debate. For shame on his part.

I don't understand it either, but a lot of good places deal with this stuff at least a few times, probably even more lately. I should know... and it does indeed suck.

It's just really immature and dumb on Mr. Troll's part [not to mention, it makes him really look like he's got no life if this is what sates him. WAT.], and he's only continuing to make himself look stupid amongst a group of smart, awesome collectors that know better. Also, thank goodness we have great mods that know how to deal with the situation. I say, "Don't worry about it!" They seem to feed off of our responses, so don't feed into their silly trollin' arguments to cause drama and stuff and just let them starve and really look like the real idiot~
