Something that's been bugging me
I'd like to hear some opinions on a couple of Eevee plushies that have been floating all over eBay for a while now...

The real Eevee Pokedoll.
First up is this Pokedoll-ish Eevee... As you can see, there's a big difference to a normal Pokedoll. This can't be just a factory reject, can it? Its eyes are completely different than Pokedoll's, and it also has a string, like many UFO plushies. I don't think this can be a new plush that'll be released soon, it's too similar to the Pokedoll. It's weird it has the Pokemon Center tags, though. Only Hong Kong sellers sell these, so probably I'm just thinking too much and this is a bootleg of the real Pokedoll. But, opinions, anyone?
Second we have the ever adorable Banpresto Summer Eevee, the real deal here:
And the questionable one:
I don't own the real Summer Eevee, so when I first saw this, I thought it was just a reject with an uglier flower than the real one. But then, I saw more photos of the real one, and the difference is very clear! Just look at the face, fur colour, string on the head (and the stupid yellow flower of course. The Summer Eevee now has a booty version, too?
I know it's rare to have actual bootlegs of plushies. The ones that many people think are booties are actually legit plush with flaws and haven't gone for sale because of them... but then the evil Hong Kong sellers steal/take these factory rejects and sell them on eBay for cheap. :C Of course many people buy them because they are the cheapest, but there's always something wrong with them if they haven't passed the security standards!
These Eevee ones, however, differ greatly from the legit plushies.... Are they bootlegs, or what?
I know there have been topics like this, but as there are so many new members, why not to inform them/start conversation with them, too?
To conclude this post, I say something many smart people here have said before: You should never buy your plush from Hong Kong sellers. You'll most likely get one that's a factory reject and there's something wrong with it! Support the Japanese sellers!
