It's funny how difficult this "writing" thing is. I oscillate from feeling encouraged and feeling as if there _is_ something there to being convinced it's nothing that could ever work or that anybody could ever like. People I've shown stuff to before seemed commendably cool about it; nobody stalked me or sent me threatening emails or showed up at

After my surgery, I promise to nag you more and pester for more writing! :). I wish I knew your language so I could read what you write that is not in English. What you are able to express in English amazes me. Sometimes you say something that is so exactly what I could not figure out how to express, and you sum it up in this little package and there it is!

I may not be making much sense right now, but I think you know what I mean to say. :). Just keep doing and you will get somewhere.

And really, it's perfectly all right - I really didn't mean you because nobody could be more encouraging. :D And anyway, it's not as if I had TIME to write up to now - and even now I'm stealing moments here and there and enyjoing it hugely, so even if nothing ever comes of it, it's worth it for the pleasure it sometimes gives me. But in our goal-oriented society, if you don't achieve something, you're not getting anywhere, so it's a mentality one has to shake off. ;)
