At least, I met her before, unknowingly, because we're colleagues and both attending the same modules in specialisation right now. There's a definite hierarchy in medicine. You'll know what I'm talking about if you only think about it a little. Neurosurgeons or cardiovascular surgeons are definitely cream of the cream, as are internistic cardiologists. I returned to the working class yesterday - at least, yesterday I spent the day at Family Medicine institute, attending my first module - that's part of the specialisation.
