Kurogane had been out for a walk, finding that she was in need of some good exercise. The weather hadn't been so good as of late, so she had only been doing her usually morning training exercises before any poor weather hit. It was a good thing to, because she used her training routine in order to multi-task and chop firewood for herself.

She had been thinking about taking some odd jobs in town now that her reserves were starting to run low. Without money, she couldn't find her father's killer and get her revenge. She herself wouldn't be able to survive if she couldn't simply take her of herself.

The sight of Fai made her a bit wary though. She moved to go around the other girl the long way, only to find herself slipping on a hidden patch of ice and falling hard.

Fai watched a bird hop around in front of the trees. It was far away, but she could still see the bit of red on its breast. She smiled slightly at it before a crash close by jerked her out of where ever her mind had wandered to. Like anyone would do, Fai looked over to see what fell to gauge how concerned they should be.

It took a moment to register that the person on the ground was Kurogane. When it did Fai was on her feet and trotting over. She shoved her long gloves into her pocket and frowned lightly. With some apparent concern showing, she called out, "Are you alright?" It wouldn't do for her sister's crush to be injured, now would it?

Kurogane stood up with a grumble, brushing snow off of her skirt. She cursed the ice and the snow that hidden it. She cursed it even more when she realized that she had been sighted by the evil twin. "I'm fine." She said, glaring at her. She really wasn't in the mood for her right now. Especially since she fell and the other witnessed it.

She watched the other right herself and didn't seem to notice the glare, as usual. "Are you sure? I heard you hit the ground all the way over there," Fai turned to look back at her snow bank. She looked back at Kurogane. It was good that the woman could stand up, but there could still be some damage. "You didn't hit your head did you?" Fai took a step closer.
