I don't know what to feel or do anymore. I keep locked in just as much as I let out and I don't know what to do with these feelings. I'm not even sure what the feelings are and I'm so confused. I need some help people, someone snap me out of it. I hoped that this would end, but it is just a shitty cycle that I can't escape from....
