And to clarify how I found it: I was looking at another random video on a website that someone had linked me, and I saw a "popular" link for this "GI Joe Ding Dong Song," so..I was like "WTF is that?" clicked it, heard the lyrics..said WTF? So, I googled a sample of the lyrics, and found GUNTHER for all to enjoy.
