So yesterday, I stopped by Cheapo's to grab a couple CDs, because I'm stuck in the old media world (I've screwed up my digital music collection a couple times, I prefer to have hard copies as back-ups

Why didn't you just burn copies of your music onto CDs? It's all digital. Unless you just wanted the book and all that...that can be cool.

Sometimes I do burn them to CD, but I've had a bunch of burned CDs deteriorate to where they are no good, so I don't really feel safe with that.

And sometimes I do want the book, although, less and less artists are focusing on that stuff, since it's all going digital.

I actually finally got an external to act as a back-up, which is how I most recently hosed about 30 gigs worth of music. grrr...
