I've spent the last few weeks attempting to make the dorkiest costume in the world. This weekend I shall know if I succeeded or not. I've got to be close the to record though. Hopefully Tangeriner will take lots of pictures so we can share our dorkitude with the rest of the class

You are going to look SO GOOD! I am so excited for your costume!!! Too bad I am not going PLD, cuz then you could one shot me with AM2 for lols. Remind me to buy batteries. I'm pretty sure my camera batteries are relatively new, but what if they aren't??? :O:O:O

Your lessons learned look similar to mine. Except mine include things like, when an iron has to choose between a thumb and gold satin, it will pick the thumb, and, fake mustaches ARE SO DAMN ITCHY ON THE UPPER LIP ::scratchscratchscratch::

We'll have to wait in line for a long time on Thursday, so cat ears would be perfect then. And by perfect, I mean, I will need therapy for years. Woot!!! \o/

I was going to email you that we'd be in the neighbourhood - but up at the Airport isn't really in the neighbourhood for you, iirc. It should be a great weekend, we're all excited. I've got my cell, and even the charger, so if you should happen to be near that way, feel free to buzz me - I *think* it has better reception than the downtown con. No guarantees though.
