so anyway....i went to see the movie Pan's Labyrinth tonite with the boy... now..i saw a clip of it when it first was released then Voltaire recommended it(no NOT the dead writer!) on his myspace...so at long last i caught up with this semi-elusive movie in the wilton town hall theatre($5!) and it was SO worth the wait and the watching. it took ( Read more... )

I DLed a DVD screener of it a few weeks ago. Watched bits and pieces, and the photography is really good. I thought the ending was hokey though. I flipped toward the end, and once that guy says "innocent blood" I was like, ummm, ok, "THIS is what is going to happen" and sure enough it did.

I'm all for ANY MOVIE that does not have Eddie Murphy in a fat suit!

I really want to see that. Joe wants to see the movie where Christina Ricci gets tied up.
