Owen got the text and had waited anxious for three to come. He went about everything as normally as possible and then when the clock struck three, he was standing outside Rock Bottom and staring at the door. He had to do this. He couldn't let it go on much longer. He already felt like shit that it'd lasted this long.
Stepping into the tavern, he looks around and spots Axel. He walked over and sat down quietly across from him.
Axel leaned back crossing his arms his still dark hair and plain clothes making him a little odd. There's a bandage around his left wrist, clean and wrapped. He looks standoffish and unhappy. "I really don't have anything to say to you right now."
Owen looks down at his hands. He'd expected that. He bit his lip, still not looking up. He took a moment to take a deep breath before he finally looked up at Axel, hoping his face showed how sorry he was.
"I know. I don't expect you to talk.....I just wanted to see you or hear you when I said I was sorry. I shouldn't have hid it from you. I wasn't....I didn't think I was hiding it from you. Just wasn't ready to tell you. Dad didn't know I'd been out starting already either," he sighed and scratched his head ", and you were right. I won't get away from the Rogues if I stay here to continue it."
Roscoe hears the alert of an incoming text, but ignores it. He's still sitting in the same position as he was hours ago, head resting on the desk and staring blankly at the wall.

"I had sex with Lyra." It just came out in a rushed sentence and Axel winced knowing this was going to go... badly.
