running/walking/some other kind of physical activity can really help.
Um, napping, chilling out and listening to music, hanging out with other people (as in, chilling, not doing specific stuff), errr, hitting things, first person shooters are always good (seriously, they can be really satisfying). Screaming can be good, but usually one needs a secluded place for that. Reading?

Really though, I'd recommend either something physical or blowing shit up virtual-style. :)

Good luck.

Meditating- and I don't mean actually knowing what you're doing, but just clearing a space and sitting with your eyes closed and trying to clear your mind and think of nothing.

ART. I like collaging best, but that's just me. Being expressive in general is good. If you don't journal, you should start.

Petting an animal, if there's one handy. (I know that's a bit harder at college).

Listening to music (Imogen Heap is my favorite), sleeping, a good chill movie night with some friends, painting (or general artsy stuff, whatever you want) (going home, getting out of town for a weekend (it's easier said than done, I know), lying out in the sun (hard to do in the NW)...

that's all I can think of...I hope you find something that works!
