I'm one of those lame vegetarians who basically eats raw stuff most of the time, and part of the reason is that I totally suck at cooking tofu... Any suggestions?
I prefer to make stir frys, just because they're quick and mad easy.... So if you've got any helpful hints, they'd be much appreciated.

Ha ha, oh man your recipes are to DIE FOR! I copied lots of them down. Anyway this is a weird question but what camera are you using? It looks SO GOOD.
