Photoshop 101

Ok. Have you seen my work in Photoshop? If not, go take a look. Although you may have to be a member of deviantart to see some things.

So, my sis in law's boyrfriend/ fiancee/ whatever sends me a message on FB telling me he cut out the faces on a Dr. Who picture and is having trouble putting in the faces of him and my sis in law and can I help him. ( Read more... )

aww come on honey, I know you cna do better than that. Don't cut out the faces of the original picture, thake the new faces, and cut them out, place then on top of the original picture, adjsut your porportions, and then fade/blend then together untill it looks right. You can also play wit hthe opacity settings to get things to blend somewhat and use the pen tool to cut it out, not the want or whatever. :)

I usually cut out the original faces and paste the new faces in behind, then blend the edges. And I DID try to fix the brightness and whatnot of the new faces to match. You will notice that Jason's original picture is much darker and redder than the new one. Your sister's picture was already faded and bright so I had a hard time with that one.

You know what? I even had to use the freaking clone stamp. I used a bunch of tools. Atleast I didn't use a filter. he he
