Click to viewSo, there's that. Can I just say, for the record, that I absolutely HATE Yo Gabba Gabba. But Josh thinks the guy with the orange hat is cool for some reason. Look, I just married him. I tried to change him, it didn't work, now I'm stuck with him. he he.
My 7 year old got Sea Monkeys for her birthday. We all know by now that sea monkeys are just itty bitty brine shrimp. So we are looking at them swimming around all jerky-like and all I could think was that they looked like little sperm swimming around under a microscope. So I pulled a video of 'sperm under a microscope' up on youtube and showed the kids. They agreed that sperm and sea monkeys look/swim alike. My husband was grossed out at me showing it to the kids because they are so young (7,9, and 13). But they've known for some time now how babies are made and it wasn't like I was showing them porn. Whatever. They were cool with it. I had to explain a little more/again what the sperm were, but they were cool.
So, as most of you know, I am living with my father in law. We have wanted out for some time now. 4 years is along ass time to be living with someone you don't want to live with...but really we don't want to live with anyone else. So we've been talking about moving. Seems the more we want to move and save money to do so, the more something comes up. Usually medically. So it is making it harder and harder. So I was looking for a job so that would be more money...but, seriously, I've never had this hard a time finding a job. And then Josh made a comment about waiting till we find a place and move to get a job...so we know where we will be and I can get a job accordingly.
But what happens if we manage to pull off moving and then I don't get a job quick enough...then we can't pay rent? What then? I don't want to move just to have to move out again in 2 months. I hate this.
I have been thinking about my singing again. I really want to do more with it. But I don't know how much more. I get stage fright for god's sake. I want to make more internet recordings of me. Not so much videos...I think I look stupid when I sing. But just song files. For now, all I have is video of me singing along to Rock Band on youtube.
Oh...and to whomever in my house left 1/4 cup chip crumbs in the bottom of the bag and 7 cheeze it's in the box....Fuck you. Just Fuck you.
