What a nice weekend!

The kids finally spent a weekend with their father and there wasn’t a problem making it necessary for them to return home. I love them to bits, but I really ( needed a break )

It was very nice, although I really regret not having the opportuity to have set more time aside to have been there more.

It was so nice to meet some of the people I've seen on LJ, I hope you get a chance to go to a con soon too. You'd have a marvelous time!

Sounds like a really great weekend! You need & deserve such weekends. We all do! :-)

Monday? Are you sure? I was quite positive we had more weekend left. Seems so unfair.

(I have a huge new software system installing next week. I and several people have been working on this puppy with a vendor for well over a year now. The pieces all seem to work, we just keep praying it all makes an integrated whole. Next week is going to be, uh, interesting...)

And yes, someone fiddled with the calendars this weekend. There can be no other logical explaination.

Sometimes you almost aren't able to look out of your all day stress and such a weekend with friends can do real miracles! I hope it gave you enough new power to stand the Monday. One lives just once. Or at least one doesn't remember the other times, so enjoy your life with or without wine! ;)

LOL..thank you! The weekend did put me in a much better frame of mind with which to face the new week with. I generally try to schedule in weekend trips here and there, but lately I've been unable to set aside the time.

As things at work begin to calm down a little, I'm going to make it a point to get those little breaks in!
