So what’s up with me?
I do have a chapter of PoM to update, and I’ll try to get it done sometime this weekend. I haven’t done much writing lately, because I’ve been busy. This time, work is not the culprit. As I’ve mentioned before, I’m working on losing weight. I was at 225 lbs when I started mid January, and I’m now down to 195. I’ve lost 30

It's amazing what a better diet and a little daily exercise will do for you. I'm not going crazy with the exercise. I walk mostly, between 1/2 hour and an hour. I'm hoping to get back into water aerobics eventually, but as long as I have a walk everyday, I do pretty well.
It's mind boggling how much being overweight changes your risk of serious illness. Personnaly, I think it's much worse for you than smoking. And most folks don't understand why they need exercise. I read a study a while back, that showed that smokers who got daily exercise were healthier than non-smokers who didn't! That's really saying something!
