And if you feel that big of a need to talk to someone, let me be the first(and possibly only one of your friends) to tell you from experience that talking to a therapist or a professional DOES help. I went to one when I was dealing with all my ish and it's nice to have someone who will listen and not judge because they don't know you. You tell them what YOU want to tell them...they don't pry...and it's nice to know as you're sitting there that chances are they've heard either the exact same stuff or stuff that's a million billion times worse. And it doesn't make you feel bad. Just thought it would help to hear it from someone who's done it....it helps a LOT.
