Worst Customer Service of All Time

I am going to post a series of emails I've had back and forth with Dan Brown of Altura Software regarding their Mac2Win product. I kid you not, these are the actual emails I've had back-and-forth with the developer of their Mac to Windows porting toolkit, which we've paid them $12,000 (twelve thousand dollars) a year to license.
