Early to rise...

This morning I finally got around to getting up early enough[1] to catch the double-express train[2] to work.  I think it saved me about 4 minutes in commute time.  Prob won't bother in future.

[1] About half an hour earlier than usual...
[2] Normal train has 14 stops. Express misses 5. Double-express misses 9.

I know! And here I was all these months thinking if I was less lazy I could be wasting less time commuting!

So great to confirm thats just not true, isn't it? I've done the same thing with my drive into work. I'm not really gonna ever do it before 8am so after 8am, may as well do it close to 9 cause i get here at the same time anyway.

You tried riding into train yet?

Does the much longer commute mean you leave much earlier than Q or can you start later?
