Hi and sorry to intrude on your journal, mostly on a personal entry. I am a PhD student in DCU, and my research is on young people's blogs. I explain a little bit more here. I started reading blogs ages ago, and decided to focus my research on younger bloggers as they seem to use their blogs/journals differently, grounding them much more in their RL. I would very much appreciate if you allowed me to include some of your writing in my study - I would always let you know which entry in particular would be concerned, and you could at any time decide to tell me NOT to include anything in the study. It would of course be anonymous, and even your pseudo would be changed to one of your choosing. Even though I am a sporadic blogger, I am trying to be more disciplined there, and I intend to use my LiveJournal to post some of my thoughts and results in locked entries on which you would be very welcome to comment. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to comment on my journal or to send me an email.
