take a break sweetie, it takes three days before your level of fitness gets afected anyway so if you spend that time resting in bed with vitimans you'll feel so much better for it.. besides the rain is a sign of stay in.. tv... play vegatable!
Ok wow! For the last 2 days I haven't gone running or done any exercise, I've stayed inside in general and bummed around doing very little while eating piles of food. This has to be a good thing! But I'm feeling better now so I'll run tomorrow. Not far. I'll work my way back up slowly. The after the mini marathon only 1 10km a week and I shall supplement the less running with gym work and taekwondo training since this is ostensibly the purpose of running.

if you're sick exercising tends to make it worse....I found that out the hard way once.
