Built the new PC today. Had a hiccup or two as it was, shock and surprise, the power supply all along! I'm a little irked I wound up building an entire new box, but, I'm not upset. It's really nice, and it's a HUGE jump from my old piece of crap. Tonight is uptime stress test and tomorrow will be max load testing. So far it's exceeding all my ( Read more... ) -

I can't believe it's been a week since my last post. Time really flies lately. It seems odd, as outside of one large event, very little has happened. I'm fairly certain this is the earliest I've ever posted. Technically it's also the latest. You see, I didn't sleep. Wound up staying up until 4am taking to a friend, playing some WoW, watching Den-O. Clock rang four and it was time for bed. Just got home with my car. I'm walking on air. It almost feels like I got my soul back just now. Got a message from the second garage I took it to while I was taking the dog to the vet for some minor surgery. Checked messages when I got back, gave him a call. Estimate was around $200 after parts, tax and labor. I had to take a second to think about ( Read more... ) -
Forget Again.
A few days go by and not a whole lot has changed. I'm not even sure why I'm posting. I guess I need to get back in the habit of it. I'd rather not let the clock on the frontpage get up to two weeks again, or even one week if I'm lucky. That said, more worthless posting ( Read more... )
