So the acupuncturist did "cupping" on Thursday and said it would leave some marks; and I only recently noticed what that actually meant.

( My back - not going to be a surprise if you know what cupping is, but it sure did startle me )

Thanks guys, it's a little better; I ended up missing a day of school/work and had my first acupuncture session ever. First session with new physical therapist tomorrow. So the novel I'm writing has taken a really dark twist. It's about 120 pages now (11-point font, single spaced - I know, aargh) and it's definitely not kid stuff anymore. I still feel so involved with the characters though. They feel more real than 90% of the people I see in "real" life, maybe more. Such a strange yet rewarding feeling ( Read more... )

I've always processed things by writing. Back is wonky again! After not being wonky for like 3 or 4 weeks. Wonky meaning I wake up and can already feel that it's wonky. It's just been acting up after longer periods of walking or standing, and then, easily remediable by stretching/foam roller.
