Anybody else find President Bush's comment about banning human/animal hybrids just a little bizzare? I mean, does he really expect someone to try and replicate Dr. Moreau's experiments and end up with a herd of Thundercats roaming the earth? Maybe it's not such a great idea, but he really came across as a serious kook in my eyes.

There was the mouse with a human ear on its back. This might also be a ploy to lump hybrids with stem cell research, making geneticists look like monsters.
