How exactly can you communicate if you can't use any senses? I mean, walking to find your lover might prove slightly difficult if you are Blind, Deaf, and Dumb.

that's exactly why i want to be an english major. it's not the grammar rules or etymologies or proper sentence structure; it's the art of communication-- it's fascinating what we can create with words and what words can create in us.

i couldn't have come up with a better definition myself, and god knows i've been trying to explain it for such a long time. nobody respects art, even though it's in every facet of our lives. and language, well language is the means by which we live. it's engrained in us so deeply that we cannot think without embracing it. it flickers somewhere within endless webs of synapses. simply existing and being aware of such life is putting to words an intangible. feeling at all is defining something, understanding contact.
