A)never skip breakfast. breakfast should include complex carbs, protein, and a little fat B)keep your eye cream in the fridge. brush your hair and make it not look flat. wear pink blush. c)caffeine in small doses. one cup of coffee in the morning and 20z. soda until 2pm. and no caffeine after that is the recommended dose.
