I had a leftover pie crust from when I made quiche, and a bag of frozen blueberries in the freezer. Cornstarch, sugar, and a little bit of cinnamon later:

Wow... just... wow! :)

It was so easy, just mix the ingredients together, pour it into the crust, bake it and let it sit.

I did cheat a little by using ready made pie crust ; )
