I need to think of ways to exercise...running is not so pleasant so I know I'd do better if I could think of something else but all the really fun stuff involves going someplace else so I don't have the motivation for that either. I think I'm gonna start watching the fitness channel and try all the aerobic and dancey stuff.
Yeah, I really need someone to yell at me about it, or everything just fails. lol. Back at Penn I'd sign up for dance classes which were great until work got to be too much and I stopped going..
