Smack me if I'm wrong, though-- isn't this the same exact thing as calling people and then waiting for returning phone calls? You're waiting to see if people respond, and then making the whole thing worse for yourself if they don't?

I think, to some extent, everyone is in this boat. I feel like, with the exception of one or two people, my friends don't call me often either. I think people only call one another when they feel they have the time and energy to come up with an idea, and with graduation coming up or a job to work at or whatever, most people don't feel they have the mental capacity to come up with new ideas. So everyone gets upset that their friends aren't calling and coming up with ideas, even though they're too exhausted to do it themselves. When they do, they feel like they're doing all the work. Honestly, almost every single one of my friends, including myself, is complaining of this same exact thing. However, pointing it out to people doesn't necessarily do anything but turn on the guilt-factor, which drives ( ... )

You never call me (I know I do it, too), but I still love you long time. Also? I think of you often, sometimes not even in a gay way!
