Just got back from seeing The Village. I give it a 10. It was highly impressive. I thought it was going to be quite scary. Verily, that is why I wanted to see it in the first place. I enjoy a well done scary movie. This movie isn't so scary as it is most excellent, though. M. Night Shyamalan is one righteous dude. I reckon none of his movies are

You're better off just watching the DVD releases of the early seasons of the Simpsons, all the while pretending the show ended a couple years ago.

Also, you appear to be turning into an old fart. Way to spend time with your family, gramps! Next thing you know, you'll be telling people close to you that you love them. How disgusting.

Isn't the Boone Theater kind of cool looking on the inside? Or am I thinking of the Nevada theater?

it's definitely different. It doesn't have the curtains on the walls... but the walls are, for lack of a better word, wavy. sort of odd lighting. .. and a lot of space between the front row and the screen. The only thing I don't like are the actual chairs themselves. they are not too comfy after the first hour.
