It's not as bad a day as I was bracing for it to be. I made birthday cake - well, not really, but Dad always requested cream cheese pound cake for his birthday, and it's his birthday. So I made it. Haven't eaten any of it, yet, but I'm told it's good. (For those of you with the recipe, if you substitute unsalted butter, leave out about a half cup
