i think i pulled my ham string or something.. how i did that i have no idea.. i was pretty drunk and my hazy memory has me doing a leg kick to your left leg, then maybe while i was moving my kicking leg back to the floor you did the sweep.. so somehow i stepped down wrong..
damn.. i guess even real light sparring while drunk is stupid..lol
my friend shadow and I were sparring for a minute.. pretty light, but we were both drunk.. i did a few leg kicks to this left leg (with my right) and on one of the leg kicks i guess he went for a sweep, which off balanced me so when i put the kicking leg down i somehow strained or pulled my hamstring.. i've since iced it and taken some pain killers and today it's just real stiff..
I also ran a mile before i went over there so maybe that has something to do with it.. kinda sucks though as i was all feeling great about my cardio and shit and now i wont be able to work out for a few days..
scratch that.. its my achilles tendon thats fucked up. well.. whatever muscle is in the back of your ankle and also the one that goes from ankle to shin..
